Our cattle are fed on organic grass and grain to produce full flavored quality steak. We age our beef with special techniques to ensure optimum succulence and flavor. We also make various quality checks along the way from butchers until the steak reaches our specially trained chefs.

Although we are best known for our steak dishes, we also cater for plant based diets with our specially designed vegan menu. Both meat and vegan dishes include local sourced vegetables and fruits, but the herbs our grown by ourselves! This way we can ensure that all our ingredients are fresh, we never use any frozen foods.
